Beautiful Wishes

This was made later in the afternoon. One of my choices in color is bright because it is cheerful. Yellow reminds me of sunny days. For thiscard I chose to follow the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge. I chose diagonal = yellow, ink splatters and scalloped border. Now the scan did not come out the greatest but I did the best I could with it.
